"Hur och varför dokumenterar man en utforskande testsession? - en litteraturstudie".
Abstract (eng)
This thesis aims to examine the documentation of exploratory test sessions. The focus is on the underlying purposes of the documentation during and after the session, and the different types of content that should help fulfill that purpose. In addition, it also examines if the medium that the documentation consists of has an effect on the transfer of information.
The method used is a literary study, in which I’ve compared the content of the examined sources to try to find overlaps and commonalities that could indicate a consensus. The sources were chosen from known authors in the field of exploratory testing.
The results are presented in tables comparing the occurrences of purposes, content, and medium within the sources. Conclusions are then drawn and discussed from these tables.
